Pricing may change, but valid prices at the time of order will apply. If you receive incorrect Services, contact us immediately for corrections.

Your order constitutes a contractual offer that we may accept at our discretion. An order confirmation email indicates our acceptance. If you do not receive confirmation, the contract is not binding. 18. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (IAP)
18.1 Subscription Services
Tech Easy offers various subscription services through the Website and mobile applications. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring fees, which will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
18.2 Subscription Management and Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription through your Account settings. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
18.3 Free Trials
Tech Easy may offer a free trial period for its subscription services. At the end of the free trial period, the regular subscription fees will apply, and your chosen payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
18.4 Price Changes
Tech Easy reserves the right to adjust pricing for its services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following email notice to you.
18.5 In-App Purchases
Tech Easy offers additional content and services for purchase within the mobile applications. In-app purchases may include a one-time purchase fee or recurring subscriptions.
19. Refunds and Cancellation Policy
19.1 Right to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account settings on the Website or through the relevant app store management settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period.
19.2 Refund Requests
Refunds for subscriptions or in-app purchases are handled by the app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) where you made the purchase and are subject to the storeâs own refund policies. Tech Easy does not process refunds directly for in-app purchases. Please contact the app store directly to inquire about their refund process.
19.3 Exceptional Circumstances
Under certain exceptional circumstances, Tech Easy may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for purchases made directly through the Website. Such refunds are solely at the discretion of Tech Easy and can be requested by contacting our customer service team.
